Tobias is 20 years old and has just finished his training to become one of the agents that serve this government research facility. The assignment to help the trio will be like his testing ground. The kids don't know much about Tobias so we won't either. We only know that he's a strong, confident, (and slightly) dignified person. He does his job and he doesn't let anything interfere with it.
